In my most recent role, I am involved in owning control over the end-to-end quality improvement, patient safety, and risk management program across the hospital, comprising execution of relevant activities in line with risk management strategy. By executing various quality-related operations, such as reporting on quality and safety indicators, I establish high-quality patient care, minimize waste and costs, as well as track accreditation and compliance. Moreover, I contribute to optimizing the hospital efficiency through planning and implementation of system-wide improvement initiatives.
A few of my key accomplishments are mentioned below:
✓ Promoted and setup an infrastructure centered toward high levels of performance.
✓ Utilized impeccable management skills to administer an annual quality budget worth $1.2M.
✓ Drove successful transformation from a retrospective, reactive model for risk management to a prospective, proactive loss prevention patient safety program.
✓ Played a key role as Accreditation Survey Coordinator to execute major accreditation activities, including international accreditation efforts, resulting in the attainment of two Diamond level accreditation titles. Show less

Here, I determined and capitalized on accreditation and continuous improvement initiatives for national, government-funded public healthcare providers via the creation and rollout of policies and procedures. Furthermore, I was engaged in delivering leadership to the regional improvement teams, heading change implementation based on primary and secondary care audit results; supporting design and review of clinical standards, protocols, and outcome standards.
By conducting various feasibility tests, I was able to assess the effectiveness of new quality management solutions; introducing tools, techniques, and risk assessments to validate best outcomes and ROI during projects and programs.
