❤️ On August 30, 2024, Frasers Property Industrial Thailand (FPIT) hosted its CSR event, "FPIT Give Love: Phee Rak Nong Season 2," for the fourth consecutive year. This event reflects FPIT's ongoing commitment to supporting its customers and surrounding communities. On this occasion, the Property Management (PM) Team from the Head Office and Eastern Region utilized the team bonding activity to enhance the living space of the Baan Jing Jai Foundation. 💎 Baan Jing Jai Foundation is dedicated to caring for orphaned and disadvantaged children, providing them with a good quality of life and education. Its goal is to help children realize their full potential and grow into valuable members of society. FPIT’s efforts included renovating bathrooms, painting buildings, replacing light bulbs, repairing doors, and cleaning inside the foundation. Frasers Property Industrial Thailand (FPIT) – The Property Management (PM) Team has launched a project to donate unused medications to Umphang Hospital in Tak Province. These medications were collected from both customers and employees and are now being delivered to the hospital. In addition, FPIT has contributed 20,000 baht to help purchase essential medications and medical equipment. This initiative aims to support public health and enhance the well-being of people in remote areas who have limited access to necessary medical supplies, ensuring that patients in these underserved regions can receive better healthcare. FPIT’s sustainable business goal focuses not only on profitability but also on environmental and social responsibility. Frasers Property emphasizes Sustainable Recycle Waste Management as a key tool in adhering to ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) principles and social responsibility towards customers, investors, and surrounding communities, preparing for a sustainable future. Last month, Frasers Property and SCGC - SCG Chemicals collaborated to organize a seminar for customers at Frasers Property Logistics Park Bangna and accessible online, focusing on Sustainable Recycle Waste Management. The event was attended by 80 participants representing 40 companies from Central Zone, Eastern Zone and Northern Zone, with focused on the following topics: ✔ The importance of waste segregation ✔ Segregation of waste types for recycling systems ✔ Reduction of greenhouse gas emissions from waste management within organizations ✔ Sustainable waste management processes and development of upcycled products ✔ Introduction to the 'คุ้มค่า' application for waste data recording We sincerely appreciate SCGC for their collaboration in providing knowledge and awareness about sustainable waste management. 💚 A Journey Towards Net Zero Emissions June 5th is World Environment Day, established to raise awareness of global environmental crises. Our company prioritizes sustainable business practices and has committed to achieving Net Zero Carbon emissions by 2050. Last month, the company organized the event “Green Move: Grow for the Growth Phase 4”, an annual activity we proudly sustain. Leading the event were Mr.PEERAPAT SRISUKONT, Acting CEO – FPIT, Mr. Thanarat Boonyakosol, First Senior Vice President – FIRM, and our management, the event included representatives from local government, customers, and employees. At the event, participants planted 45 Yangna trees to reduce PM 2.5 dust, lower carbon dioxide levels, and enhance green spaces in Frasers Property Logistics Park Laem Chabang 2. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the Provincial Police Station Nong Kham and all our valued customers for participating in the event.
