Core expertise and experience in complex licensing arrangements and commercial contracts, and brand protection and management.
Sector expertise include: e-commerce, supply chain, tech/ fintech/ payments, IP & brand, marketing & content, data protection, and extensive multi-action multi-jurisdictional contentious, and commercial / licensing non-contentious experience. Adept at building and managing agile cross-functional teams.
I trained and qualified as a UK solicitor at Taylor Wessing LLP (London), gaining 3 years’ post qualification experience in TW’s market-leading Intellectual Property & Media Team.
