I once had a mentor who told me that a leader’s job is to manage the uncontrollable and prepare for the unimaginable. Those are wise words that are quite fitting in today’s world.

I’m a global executive with a track record of building businesses, innovating products, and transforming the way businesses are run. I leverage my financial services acumen and entrepreneurial spirit and combine them with behavioral science to help companies enhance their go-to-market strategy with a specific focus on improving connections with members, customers, and employees.

I thrive on working with smart people doing interesting work and solving big issues. I love the feeling of leading or being part of a group that is passionate about the work they are doing, focusing ethically on improving the financial well-being of others. I am equally enthusiastic about solving tough business strategy and client experience issues while helping to drive technology changes. Along with my role as the CEO of a FinTech, I've taken on assignments as interim CEO, CFO, CIO, and CMO to help enterprises improve their results.

I work with an exclusive set of mission-driven CEOs, executives, and business founders helping them shape and grow their companies. I find the exploration of a problem and its potential solutions to be fascinating. I do that by facilitating discussions, asking tough questions, and stress testing strategies. I also help each client identify the tools they need to clarify goals and process issues.
