Director International Sales and Marketing

Position: Director International Sales and Marketing of Aeroflex Company Limited

(Members of EPG)

Aeroflex Co.,Ltd. (AFC), the world major and sole manufacturer of thermal insulation based on Ethylene Propylene Diene Methylene (EPDM) for Construction Industry with sales exporting to more than 100 countries across the globe.

Job Scope:

1. Co-create, develop and implement an effective Sales and Marketing strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
2. Conduct market research to identify potential international market, assess market conditions, and determine demand for the company's product or services development.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with international customer, distributors, and agents, providing excellent customer services and supports.
4. Explore opportunities for market expansion and growth in existing and new international markets.
5. Prepare and analyze regular report and updates on sales performance and marketing activities to management.
6. Manage and lead a team of international sales and marketing to achieve the approved budget.
7. Manage and develop for strong team performance and corporate culture.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in international business, export management, or related field.
• More than 10 years of experience in international sales and marketing.
• In-depth knowledge of Insulation material, HVAC industry and project management will be an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English, TOEIC above 700 with 3rd language will be an advantage such as Japanese or Chinese.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex international markets and regulatory environments.
• Effective negotiation skills for dealing with customers, agents, distributors, and international partners.
• Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in export documentation procedures and compliance with regulations.
• Leadership and team management skills.
