Sales Director Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Develop and deliver a sales strategy in line with business objectives with a special emphasis on quality profitable new business to ensure successful delivery of agreed goals for the team.
  • Providing direction in line with business strategy, lead, motivate and measure the performance of the Sales teams to ensure individual responsibility, team budgets, Sales and profit targets are achieved.
  • Drive a demand for products across various channels by building relationships with partners and distributors.
  • Oversee Front-end margin, Back-end margin, monthly sales forecasting, store roll-out plans, in-store presence, activations, and management of product consultants and sell-out consultants.
  • Ensure individual member KPIs and performance targets are met
  • Oversee P&L budget and execute business plans to achieve budgeted sales revenue.
  • Manage price conflict between online and offline.
  • Drive growth of brand power and store visibility.
  • Manage client and buyer to ensure the compliance of ASH direction and strategic partnership.
  • Collect sales and market data to analyze opportunities for business growth and expansion.
  • Present new business opportunities to the senior management team.
  • Preparation of annual sales budget in conjunction with other teams.
  • Ensure effective sales monitoring is in place for all sales activity and ensure that the business is capturing critical data in relation to conversion targets and market opportunities in respect of major accounts.
  • Timely quarterly review of sales incentives to support the recruitment and retention of the Sales Team.
  • Plan budget, review and consider/approve all expenses under the sales function.
  • Overseeing the markets in Thailand, Cambodia, Laos, and Myanmar.


Qualifications and Requirements

  • Over 8-10 years of experience in modern trade channel management
  • Possess a Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently deliver high-quality results through meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to excellenc
  • Exceptional skills in strategizing, planning, and organizing to execute initiatives effectively and efficiently.
  • Proven track record of strong leadership, with the ability to inspire and lead teams to achieve success.
  • Expertise in building and maintaining strong professional relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
