The Urban Developer is proud to present the inaugural URBAN LEADER AWARDS, our newest and most exciting awards program that celebrates the people behind the projects.

On the back of the growing success of The Urban Developer Awards for Industry Excellence, we have made the decision to establish a second awards program that recognises the incredible achievement of individuals within the property industry.

Across 14 categories, the URBAN LEADER AWARDS will provide individuals and groups of individuals (3 or less) with the opportunity to be recognised for their contribution to specific disciplines and specialisations across property.

The categories span development, architecture and design, planning, sustainability, construction, finance, legal, valuation and advisory, real estate, marketing, technology and the community.

The URBAN LEADER AWARDS will also recognise an emerging leader under the age of 35 through the Future Leader Award.

The awards program will culminate with a gala dinner at Doltone House Hyde Park, Sydney on Wednesday 16 October 2024.
