In a blockbuster Round 1 move, the Titans traded receiver A.J. Brown to the Eagles for the 18th and 101st picks in the 2022 NFL Draft.
The Eagles receive one of the NFL's most productive receivers as Brown totaled 2,995 yards and 24 touchdowns over the past three seasons. Philly is hoping he'll provide a boost to its offense, which is led by third-year quarterback Jalen Hurts.

Titans GM Jon Robinson said it was going to be difficult to reach an extension with Brown. Tennessee, meanwhile, used its newly acquired No. 18 pick for a different receiver: Treylon Burks out of Arkansas.

How Brown fits with the Eagles
Larry Holder, NFL writer: The Eagles have certainly been hunting for a No. 1 wide receiver for basically forever. A.J. Brown brings that to the table. Brown served as a big-time weapon for the Titans, but his production dipped on average from 2020 to 2021. His 70 receptions for 1,075 yards and 11 touchdowns in 2020 really don’t compare to his 63 receptions for 869 yards and five TDs in 2021.
The numbers seem weird, but the Eagles at least have a top guy.
