In 2021, Dwayne Johnson opened up about what it was like raising daughters.

"You can be wired, as a lot of fathers are, to fix things. Just having an expanded capacity to listen and be more tender and gentle really gave me that ability to solve whatever the issue is, but with them compared to for them," he told PEOPLE Magazine at the time.

The actor later opened up about balancing fatherhood and his career.

"I've reached a point in my life where I can create my own schedule, which has really been nice, because it wasn't always that way, and I'm really lucky," Johnson told PEOPLE in 2023. "It allows me to get closer to the girls."

When promoting the first "Moana" film, Dwayne Johnson spoke on the cultural aspect of the Disney animated movie, which is set in the islands of Polynesia, including Hawaii, Tonga and Tahiti. The WWE star has roots in the Hawaiian islands, which has connected him to the film in more ways than one.

“The cultural aspect is something that is very cool,” The Rock told Cherish at the time. “I love that. And I also think that they did a tremendous job of representing our culture in a way that makes us proud, and first there was a little bit of hesitance from all of us by the way, but it was quickly quelled when I sat with John Lasseter and our filmmakers, and they had taken me through their process.”

Johnson said Disney had researched many different islands for years, visiting the villages and talking to the high chiefs to better understand the cultures.

“We have this little voice inside of us,” he told the outlet on one of his takeaways that speaks to all cultures, religions, and people. “Make sure that we got to follow that voice, and listen to the voice – a gut intuition, and have that kind of faith, not necessarily religious faith, but faith that there is more. And you can be more.”

Earlier this year, Dwayne Johnson appeared on "The Drew Barrymore Show," where he told the host that fatherhood is "the greatest thing ever."

"I feel like, I had a real complicated relationship with my dad. So I came in hard-wired into the world, complicated relationship with my dad, led me to the best of his capacity, which was limited and I understand that,” he told Barrymore, per Hola.

“And of course, years later, the universe, God, whatever that higher power is: 1 daughter, 2 daughters, 3 daughters. And it wound up being the greatest thing,” the actor added.

In addition to Jasmine and Tiana, Dwayne Johnson also shares 22-year-old Simone Alexandra Johnson with his ex-wife, Dany Garcia
