Mary Crea-Arsenio, PhD is an Assistant Professor, Global Health, McMaster University. She is a health geographer and health systems analyst with expertise in immigration and health policy, migration to small and mid-sized cities, employment integration, and health human resource planning. Her research examines the critical link between migration policy and employment among newcomers to Canada. She uses complex methodological approaches to examine research questions that advance equitable outcomes for diverse populations.
