Tickets are available for advance reservation. Members, please log in to receive your discount. Children 2 and Under are free and do not require a ticket for admission. Other discounts (Bank of America, Museums for All, Etc.) please call (904) 396-6674 or check in at the Museum Guest Relations desk for admission.
Advance online ticket sales are strongly recommended. Tickets are non-transferrable and non-refundable.
Tickets are only valid for the date and time specified. A digital confirmation and timed tickets will be emailed. Guests please bring your printed or digital ticket at your SELECTED time.

How to Request a Refund: To initiate a refund, please reach out to Mosh guest relations management within 3 days of your purchase. Provide your order number and details of the event or program attended. Our team will assess your request and determine eligibility.
Refund Eligibility: Refunds are contingent upon not attending any associated event, show, or program before requesting a refund. Attending any part of such activities renders you ineligible for a refund. Additionally, refunds may be voided for reasons including noise levels, interactions with exhibits, missing scheduled events, or personal opinions on museum operations or exhibitions.
Exceptions: Exceptions may be considered in exceptional cases at our customer service team’s discretion.

PARKING
There are several parking options for MOSH visitors. Click HERE for a parking map.
FREE PARKING
Parking is available on a first come, first served basis in the Museum’s east lot, located next to the Main Street Bridge. Visitors may find additional parking:
- In the former River City Brewing Company lot, across from the main entrance to the Museum | Parking is only available on the perimeter of the lot; please do not park within the fenced area.
- Under the Acosta Expressway on Museum Circle | This lot may be accessed from Museum Circle towards the I-95 South On-Ramp; it is located to the right of the On-Ramp.
- On San Marco Blvd next to the San Marco Skyway Station
PAID PARKING
Paid parking is available in the non-MOSH designated spots in the lot near River City Brewing Company. Visitors can also park in the Kings Avenue Parking Garage and take the Skyway to the San Marco stop. For details, days, and hours of operation, visit JTA’s website.
DROP-OFF AREA
To ensure safety and refrain from blocking traffic, we ask that you pull completely into the circle in front of Friendship Fountain Park to drop off or pick up passengers.
