Appropriations Requests

Please use this form to submit any programmatic, bill language, and report language requests for the Fiscal Year 2025 appropriations bills.

If you have multiple requests, please submit a separate form for each request. Bill or report language requests linked to any programmatic request should be submitted separately as well.

Community Project Funding (earmark) requests may be submitted via a separate form.

The deadline for appropriations requests is 6:00pm HST on Friday, March 22, 2024. Additional submissions may be accepted on a rolling basis pending announcement of guidelines for Fiscal Year 2025 from the House Appropriations Committee.
