Hello, I am needing a 3 bedroom full house to rent for October 1st. I have 2 dogs that are fully trained and always groomed.
It is for myself and my 2 older children in their 20's.
Now, I do not have good credit due to my abusive ex and I am trying to get settled first so I can then meet with a financial advisor to help me sort everything out. I have worked at the same job for 11 years in a hospital but had my shoulder broken and operated on in March so I am almost fully healed and. Planning on going back tomorrow November. Presently I receive Employment Insurance sick benefits. I as well as my son receive a housing benefit which is paid direct to the landlord so rent is guaranteed tobe paid every month no matter what. I have OCD when it comes to my house being spotless and in order so you can guarantee your home will be taken care of..
My present landlord will give an amazing reference for me so you'll see that myself and my children will be good tenants.
Unfortunately my landlord is moving back into his home so I now have to move and I have not been able to get approved for a place due to my credit and I do not have a guarantor.
Please consider me and my children for your home for very long term as.i hate to move.
I cannot afford a lot so please try to be reasonable with your rental cost that you are asking for.
Sometimes you can have someone with amazing credit but they will destroy your house and be the worst tenants ever.
