Hakkında

Starting my academic career at Istanbul University, I mostly concentrated on strategic management issues related to knowledge management. I continued my studies at Innsbruck University with the support of an Austrian research scholarship and published the result as a on Strategic Knowledge Management in Turkish. During my Ph.D., I worked on the role of Corporate Support on Culture and the Arts and developed a scorecard for these activities,with the support of Copenhagen Business School Art and Leadership Center.
I have worked for ArAmA, leading consultancy firm of Turkey on participatory practices, being in charge for cultural integration projects in automotive industry or turnaround project for the biggest conglomerate in Turkey, also contributed on several Search Conferences related with different industries or interest groups such as NGO's. At Arama we have establihed a platform for lifestyle trends and scenarios called ArAmAWatch, serving clients especially in service industry. After this motivating consultancy experience, I became the coordinator of Design Culture and Management Program at Bilgi University.
After finishing my post-doctoral research at Princeton University Center for Arts Policy and Research as a Tübitak fellow, I got my habilitation and appointed as the Director of Cultural Management Graduate Program (CAMMA) as well as the Vice Director of Work Ethics Research Center and board member of Cultural Policy and Management Research Center. After CAMMA I became the director of LITE, a new generation entrepreneurship program at BİLGİ.
I continue my consulting practices with several private and public institutions as well as teaching internationally in several academic institutions in Turkey, Germany and UAE. I am designing and facilitating participatory practices with great enthusiasm.
