Summary of summary: (every summary is a bad summary) I am a reliable employee (or worker) who does his best. In the early years of my career, a manager at the Sun Microsystem office said that “if this team formed a company, I would put Korhan at the head of the cash register.” Unix based systems and Solaris Operating System: good times. In this era of digitalization, we help our end users, especially with open source technologies.
It doesn't matter the name of the position, or the stages you went through before you got there, or where you were to do your job. The important thing is that your job means something to you and that you can do it properly with love.
I have gained nearly 20 years of experience in the information technology and communication industries throughout my entire career. At the end of the day, this was the journey of being able to deliver a product or a service to the target it needs by providing competitive advantage and generating revenue. This journey does not end. If you can create this mentality once, the product or service you provide does not matter. One day it may be cutting-edge technology, another day it may be a cup of tea: you get to the goal.

A variation of OFDM is MC-CDMA which is an OFDM technique where the individual data symbols are spread using a spreading code in frequency domain. OFDM and MC-CDMA is a potential candidate for Next Generation wireless systems.

    The concept of leadership has been receiving ever more attention with each day. The reason for that is the fact that the organizations and social structures relate their successes and failures in accordance with the behaviours and decisions of the leader. So far, the research on leadership has focused on leadership types and leadership models.

    One of the topics that draws the attention in leadership concept is the significant difference in the number of male and female leaders. The underlying reason for that is gender inequality. Gender concept indicates the social roles and expectations from men and women, which are shaped according to the norms of the society. Individuals are involved in this social setting which is determined by the dominance of men over women. As a result, gender roles bring about gender inequality. This inequality, defines social space as public and private and allocates public space to men, and private space to women.

    In this research, the impact of gender on leadership, has been analyzed with regards to the gender concept, which has been introduced by Judith Butler in her book “Gender Trouble”.
