As a seasoned economist with a BS degree from Bogazici University, Istanbul, I specialize in venture building, strategic investments, and smart city initiatives. With over 20 years of experience in corporate finance, asset management, and business development, I have a proven track record in growing businesses, fundraising (equity and debt), business restructuring, financial modeling, valuation, M&A transactions, investment banking, and deal structuring.
In 2015, I co-founded Technolera, a venture-building hub in Istanbul, providing advisory and execution services to clients in both the corporate and startup worlds, focusing on innovation and scalable product launches.
Most recently, I contributed to the World Bank Group’s Smart City Strategy for İzmir Municipality, orchestrating due diligence and shaping a visionary approach to city planning through data and technology.
I am also engaged with Unico Capital, where we focus on enhancing access to finance in emerging markets, particularly within the Eurozone, the Western Balkans, the UK, and Ireland.
