保誠集團戰略事業群總裁Lilian(吳立賢)日前親訪保誠人壽台中職場,參與在台中舉辦的實體員工大會,並透過Coffee Connect和同仁進行雙向對談。在總經理Laura的陪同下,Lilian受到熱烈的歡迎,同仁們以特別的口號、歌曲和舞步展現中台灣的熱情與活力。Lilian也在與同仁近距離交流中,為大家加油打氣並表達肯定,為團隊帶來極大的鼓勵。
在串聯全台灣同仁的員工大會上,負責集團保險業務網絡客戶、通路和行銷策略的Lilian,除了稱讚台灣團隊在公平待客、服務流程和客戶體驗方面的提升,也勉勵同仁回到初心--保險是以人為本的事業,呼應保誠的企業文化「以客為本(Our customer is our compass)」,把握每個與客戶的接觸點,持續從每個流程和服務環節去瞭解客戶需求,以最有效率的方式滿足客戶的需求或解決客戶的痛點,讓客戶滿意保誠的服務,進而推薦保誠。
Lilian也在Coffee Connect與同仁進行雙向對談時,輕鬆探討企業文化、工作環境和客戶服務經驗等議題。這次的員工大會,由現場和線上同仁一起交流展開序幕,透過有趣的互動讓Lilian更認識台中的人文地理歷史。會中Laura對於所有同仁在上半年卓越的表現和貢獻致上感謝,特別是台中職場有許多服務合作夥伴和客戶的第一線人員,提供通路和業務端最有力的支援,是前線強力的後盾。

Lilian, Managing Director, Strategic Business Group, Prudential Plc., recently visited PCALT’s workplace in Taichung in person, attended the town hall meeting in Taichung, and had two-way communication with employees at the Coffee Connect. Accompanied by PCALT CEO Laura, she received a warm welcome from colleagues who shout loudly the various welcome phrases they prepared and sang a song with dance moves to show the spirit of Central Taiwan. During the interactions, Lilian expressed her affirmation of their work and brought great encouragement to the Team.
At the town hall meeting, which was participated by all Taiwan employees, Lilian, who is responsible for the Group-wide customer, distribution, and marketing strategy across the network of insurance businesses, not only recognized the Taiwan team’s continuous advancement in the implementation of treat-customer fairly measures, service processes, and customer experience, but also remined our colleagues that the insurance is a people-oriented business. Just like our corporate culture of "Our customer is our compass", we should take advantage of every customer touch point, every step of the service process to understand customers’ needs, to address their pain points with speed and empathy, and ensure customers are satisfied with our services and are willing to recommend PCALT.
Lilian also had a chance to sit down with employees to exchange thoughts on corporate values, work environment, and customer services experience over Coffee Connect. Moreover, the town hall meeting started off with an interactive activity, engaging the employees who are on site and online, to helped Lilian learned about fun facts and history of Taichung. Also in the meeting, Laura expressed her gratitude to all employees for their outstanding performance and contribution in the first half of the year, especially the frontline service staff to our partners and customers in the Taichung workplace who provide strong support for business and distribution channels at all times.
