He emphasized that each decision in national climate governance is bound to be a complex "multiple-choice question," and often a "multi-select question," which requires honest problem acknowledgment, pragmatic solutions, and practical resolutions. 【MOEA Announces the Results of Taiwan Offshore Wind 3-2 Zonal Development 5 Wind Farms Selected】 The results of the offshore wind power zonal development Phase 2 capacity allocation have been officially released. The selected projects are Shinfox Energy (Yuanta), SRE (Formosa 6), CIP (Fengmiao II), Corio (Formosa 3-site 11), and Enervest (InfraVest, DeShuai), totaling five offshore wind farms with a combined allocated capacity of 2.7GW. 【Residents of Yeonggwang Jeollanam-do in Korea Demand Rejection of Designation for Sinan Offshore Wind Transmission Line Cluster】 On June 29, over 200 residents of Yeonggwang County, Jeollanam-do, protested in front of the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy building, demanding the withdrawal of the designation application for the "Sinan County Offshore Wind Transmission Line Cluster," which is being advanced in Jeollanam-do.

#TRE Features on #Sustainability 【Basianshan Micro-Hydropower Plant Becomes the First Hydropower Green Energy Demonstration Area in National Forest Recreation Areas】 Taichung Branch, FANCA (MOA) has installed a micro-hydropower station in the Basianshan National Forest Recreation Area, utilizing the water level drop of Shiwen Creek. The annual power generation is approximately 5,500 kWh. This electricity will supply public facilities such as the bamboo-structured art restroom and ecological pond lighting, reducing over 2.7 tons of carbon emissions annually. 【Japan's GF Corporation Partners with IX Renewables for Taiwan's Floating Wind Project】 IX Renewables' Rui-Li 1 floating wind project will partner with Japanese renewable energy company GF Corporation as a key strategic collaborator and their participation in Taiwan's floating wind demonstration project. 【MOEA and the State of Texas Sign a Statement of Intent for Economic Development】 Minister of Economic Affairs, J.W. Kuo, and Texas Governor, Greg Abbott jointly signed the "Taiwan-Texas Economic Development Statement of Intent" on the 7th. This establishes a foundation for strengthening bilateral trade, investment, and industrial cooperation in fields such as semiconductors, electric vehicles, energy resilience, and innovative technologies, further deepening the Taiwan-U.S. economic and trade partnership.

Last weekend, the Huxi Children’s Carnival took place at Lintou Park, attracting many children and adults alike. Despite the hot weather, the enthusiasm at the event was undiminished. TRE is committed to marine conservation. Last Friday, we officially announce our coral restoration initiative in Penghu, aiming to preserve the county's vital marine assets. In collaboration with #Penghu #MarineLifePropagation, the #OceanCitizensFoundation, and #PoseidonWaterSportsClub. The "Coral Restoration Action" in Suogang Village, Penghu. K.D. Wu, Chairman of TRE and the CEO, along with colleagues, planted coral and observed the marine ecosystem firsthand, enhancing Penghu's marine #biodiversity.

The two-day "Penghu Bay Summer Camp" has come to a successful conclusion! Over these two days, we explored marine ecosystems, learned about wind turbine principles, engaged in marine sustainability education, and ventured into the intertidal zone to touch the small creatures living between the tides. We hope this experience deepens the children's love for their hometown, Penghu Bay and helps continue the vision of Penghu's sustainable development. The TRE Wind Power Summer Camp at Penghu Bay thanks everyone for joining, and we look forward to seeing you again in the future!

At noon, we stepped out of the classroom to admire the beautiful scenery created by the Chenggong community. During low tide, we ventured into the intertidal zone to explore the vitality of the rocky shore.
