  • 👥 On 06/11, a meeting was held with Natalia Holubnycha and Liliia Dubas, where they discussed team resilience and ways to increase it for better efficiency and adaptability. 🏢 In order to increase team resilience, the Teva company conducted research on leadership style and the potential of managers, as well as the quality of team interaction. The key findings were: ✅ Self-acceptance ✅ Mutual support ✅ Identifying strengths ✅ Conscious decisions 💬 Liliia Dubas emphasized the importance of feedback for the development of top managers and improving team interaction. 💡 But if you: 🖇 Only expect positivity; 🖇 Are not ready to listen to opinions; 🖇 Do not provide an action plan; 🖇 Do not support talents, then you are not ready for change, and it's better not to start such a process in the company! 🔹 The experts compared resilience to a marathon - the ability to move forward despite difficulties. In critical moments, self-awareness, courage, and perseverance are important! 💪 🔸 The company should provide systemic-individual solutions to support employees, and the leader should take responsibility for their own resource state. 🙏 Thank you to Natalia Holubnycha, Lilia Dubas, and Olena Skyba for the insights and professional moderation of the event! 🌟 More details: https://lnkd.in/ds-U8wwz
