Are #Ukrainians satisfied with the healthcare and education system? The survey by Gradus Research in partnership with the European Business Association and KERNEL shows stable but mixed evaluations of Ukraine's healthcare and education systems in 2024. Specifically, 40% of the business audience is satisfied with medical services, while 27% express dissatisfaction. Satisfaction with education is slightly lower: 32% satisfied compared to 38% dissatisfied. Interestingly, a significant share of respondents use private medical and educational services, which may influence their evaluations. Assessments of the healthcare and education systems remain stable, which is a positive indicator amidst wartime conditions. This year, 48% of respondents are satisfied with their life outside of work, although this is slightly lower than 53% last year. The number of those dissatisfied with their social life has increased to 25% compared to 18% in 2023. These results underscore the importance of creating conditions for a quality social life, especially during times of war.
