This homepage redesign added +23.46% in conversion rate for our client. Here’s our entire process behind it: Step 1 - Identify the problem → 2 out of 10 products generate 90% of the revenue → The old homepage didn't explain the product and benefits well Step 2 - Find the solution We wanted to remove the unnecessary step from the homepage to the collection page. So we made multiple changes: 1. Wrote a clear headline explaining the value prop 2. Included two hero products above the fold 3. Kept the collection page button Step 3 - Test Here’s what we saw in post-analysis: → The bounce rate decreased → Conversion rate and AOV increased → The PDP click-through rate increased Step 4: Measure the Results → 23.46% increase in homepage conversion rate → 27.77% increase in revenue per homepage visitor → Approximately $8,615 per month in additional revenue P.S. this redesign doesn't align with what CRO guys usually say about the above the fold.
