- Strategic planning: Integrate partnership objectives with overall business strategy, ensuring a cohesive approach to market expansion and brand positioning.
- Negotiation and agreement: Lead negotiations to establish mutually beneficial partnership agreements, focusing on long-term collaboration and shared success in promoting eco-friendly building practices.
- Market intelligence: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to inform strategic decisions and partnership opportunities.
- Brand advocacy: Act as a brand ambassador for Modulina Straw Panels, articulating our commitment to sustainability and the advantages of straw panel technology at conferences, workshops, and networking events.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work across activities to ensure alignment and support for partnership initiatives, facilitating seamless integration of collaborative projects.

So, since the beginning of the 2021, I have been working on the transformation of coal mining cities in partnership with the Ukrainian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs.

Ukraine is on the path of decarbonization and officially plans to close all coal mines by 2040. It is the right historic decision, which, at the same time, will have an impact on dozens of cities and millions of people. If we do not prepare for it - coal cities will have no future.

That is why, at the beginning of autumn, I became the coordinator of systemic transformation in the UNDP project on the fair transition of the coal regions of Ukraine. I am so glad to work with this incredible team, which has clearly defined processes, a non-standard approach, international expertise, and most importantly - a clear goal and focus on results.

We conducted Butterfly effect pilot research to help Ukrainian coal mining cities Myrnohrad and Chervonohrad cope with the consequences of mine closures. It included the creation of systemic maps of pilot cities; searching for meta-narratives of their inhabitants; holding a Hackathon; creating a portfolio of initiatives and projects for cities. Full cycle of works in creation and implementation of interior design projects:
1. Creation of preliminary design and sketches.
2. Visualization.
3. Preparation of working drawings.
4. Development of author's furniture and decorative elements.
5. Engaging of contractors for project implementation.
6. Conducting of designer supervision during сonstruction and repair works.
7. Interior decorating.

For me, the launch of the Ukrainian Startup Fund was a very inspiring occasion.
I think this is a big step forward for Ukraine: USF, with systematic development, will become a driver of the growth of entrepreneurship, innovation and, in general, the country's economic recovery.

For me, the launch of the Ukrainian Startup Fund was a very inspiring occasion.
I think this is a big step forward for Ukraine: USF, with systematic development, will become a driver of the growth of entrepreneurship, innovation and, in general, the country's economic recovery.

I developed a direction that brings together the strongest players in the startup ecosystem of Ukraine and the world:
I launched an acceleration program at USF: organized cooperation with the best Ukrainian and foreign accelerators and built a system of state grant funding for startups to participate in these programs. Over the year: 9 accelerators were accredited, programs were conducted for 55 startups, and $ 550,000 was funded. Показати менше

Startup in Residence is an initiative of Tech Ukraine, created under a similar program, successfully implemented in Amsterdam.

The main objectives of STiR are two at once: solving the problems of cities through innovative approaches, as well as the development of the startup ecosystem in Ukraine. The main objectives of STiR are two at once: solving the problems of cities through innovative approaches, as well as the development of the startup ecosystem in Ukraine. STiR is an incubation program for startups who have ideas for solving specific problems of municipalities. STiR selects talented entrepreneurial teams and assists them in the development of innovative products. And training of municipalities aimed at creating strong teams of civil servants in cities to work with innovative projects.
At Startup in Residence we invest in building long-term relations between the worlds of startups and civil servants.

Through this program, we accelerate economic growth, create jobs and develop innovative solutions. STiR allows startups and innovative teams to get the first client - the city municipality, and then further scale their project.

The program is aimed at solving urban problems in the following areas:
1. Increase city revenue
2. Providing savings for the city
3. Improving urban mobility
4. Improving the quality of life of citizens (health, ecology, etc.)
