4. Developing, reviewing and overseeing implementation of the corporate risk management and internal control strategy in accordance with professional framework of best practice.
5. Overseeing on-ongoing assessment of corporate operational efficiency and effectiveness in line with company strategic objectives and best practice,
6. Overseeing the process of assessing, reviewing, and monitoring compliance to legal and regulatory requirements in line with the compliance procedures.
7. Developing and implementing staff capacity building initiatives in line with corporate strategic objectives and the HR manual
