Midwest multifamily dominates the markets with the projected highest rental growth this year, with Chicago, Columbus, Detroit and Indianapolis rents all projected to grow by more than 3% this year, along with Anaheim and San Francisco in California. At the other end of the scale, with projected rental growth below 1% are the sunbelt markets of Austin and San Antonio in Texas, and Orlando and Tampa in Florida, with the oversupply of new accommodation resulting in projected growth of less than 1% during 2024. With our US team headquartered out of Chicago we don't have to travel far to see some great opportunities, and there's also now a great excuse to go and see Mickey Mouse in Anaheim!
