We are on the lookout for a dynamic deputy manager to join our team at Granville Lodge, our residential care service for children with severe physical and/or learning disabilities based in Hartlepool. In this role, you will support the registered manager in overseeing the home, lead and manage a dedicated care team to ensure safe and effective care and uphold outstanding care in line with Ofsted's Quality Standards. You will also foster a culture of openness, person-centered care, and continuous improvement. On Thursday 19 September as part of the campaign and our ongoing support, we will be participating in Day One’s ‘Go Orange’ day, in which we will be donning our best orange clothing and donating to raise money and awareness. 🎨🐦 The residents at Kingly House, our neurological rehabilitation residential service in Leicestershire, have been getting creative with a fun bird box painting activity! The beautifully designed bird boxes were proudly displayed at their recent garden party in the Kingly House garden, adding a splash of colour and charm to the event. Patients at our King's Norton Hospital, Birmingham, joined their occupational therapists and psychology team, and their canine companions for a trip to the local sunflower field. 🌻 They wandered through three acres of beautiful sunflowers and browsed the farm shop for treats. 😋 They also visited the local aquarium. 🐠 What a great day! #GreatOutdoors #LocalTrips #LocalOutings

Cranley Gardens, our learning disabilities residential service in Sutton, held a garden party last week! There might have been a drop of rain in the air, but that didn't stop people enjoying the delicious food and their lovely garden. 🏡 They have since received fantastic feedback from families and residents who enjoyed the day with their loved ones and the team. Everyone left the day feeling incredibly happy. ❤️
