You may remember Sean, one of the residents at Moorpark Place, who got into walking with his senior support worker, Guy, and together they conquered Ben Nevis. Well, his mum has sent us some lovely photos of a recent walk they went on together to show how much he still loves being out in the fresh air, walking in the beautiful countryside. 🚶 Moorpark Place is our adult learning disabilities service in North Ayrshire. #Walking #WalkingTherapy

We are proudly supporting #MajorTraumaAwarenessWeek (16-22 September), raising awareness about the life-changing impact of major trauma. To help launch the week, Active Care Group’s Chief Executive Officer Keith Browner, Case Management’s Managing Director Janette Wynn, Operations Director Stephen Neary and Active Care Group’s Director of Marketing Laura Finlay attended a special event at the House of Lords hosted by Day One Trauma Support, our case management division's charity partner of the year. 🎨🐦 The residents at Kingly House, our neurological rehabilitation residential service in Leicestershire, have been getting creative with a fun bird box painting activity! The beautifully designed bird boxes were proudly displayed at their recent garden party in the Kingly House garden, adding a splash of colour and charm to the event. They will also hopefully attract a few more feathered friends to the garden. A huge well done to all our artistic residents for their lovely work! #CreativeCommunity #GardenParty #BirdBoxArt

Patients at our King's Norton Hospital, Birmingham, joined their occupational therapists and psychology team, and their canine companions for a trip to the local sunflower field. 🌻 They wandered through three acres of beautiful sunflowers and browsed the farm shop for treats. 😋 They also visited the local aquarium. 🐠 What a great day! #GreatOutdoors #LocalTrips #LocalOutings

One of our residents at Loyd House has been busy with wreath-making. Working alongside the therapy technicians, they made a beautiful floral wreath for the front door. 🌸🌷🌺 They are also supporting a new resident with their love of cross stitch. We cannot wait to see their creations. Loyd House is one of our neurological rehabilitation and neurobehavioural services in Northamptonshire. #ArtsAndCrafts #Therapy
