What came first: the chicken or the egg? 🐣 Our new #OOH activation with Natural History Museum asks just this age-old question. Read all about it in Campaign UK: https://lnkd.in/gXJ672dd Of course, it's not really a question. It's an invitation to think about evolution. Such as - can you evolve a top of funnel medium like OOH into a direct response channel? Can you make a paper billboard into something that gives you a data point for campaign effectiveness, kickstarts on-street conversations, AND builds out first party data for your organisation? Most people would say it's impossible. But that's not really in our vocabulary. #OOHadvertising #advertisingagency

Head of Work Based Learning and Enterprise Executive Group Chair | Youth Development

Liverpool John Moores University has a long history of being at the forefront of educational change in the Liverpool City Region. I am very proud of the impact our students and graduates have on our local business community. In fact, this has been the backdrop to my working life for over 25 years - live projects, internships, business startup and more recently Degree Apprenticeships. LJMU already has several well-established Degree Apprenticeship programmes but the work we’re doing now will bring on ten new Degree Apprenticeships for 2025. With the addition of the new programmes, we’re now able to offer Degree Apprenticeship pathways for those working in construction, nursing and social work, policing, leadership and management, public transport, digital design, data analysis, civil engineering, counselling, human resources, and youth work. So, if you are a business owner or in charge or workforce development and have good members of staff working in any of these areas, or if you want to grow your workforce, partnering with us to deliver Degree Apprenticeships is a win-win for both you and your teams. They can learn and develop in a modern, exciting academic environment with a great student experience, and no student loan to pay at the end. And you’ll be able to retain and develop your best staff, using the apprenticeship levy and transfer scheme to access funding, as well as improve your organisation’s performance with new ideas. Whether you’re a big, medium, or small sized business (it doesn’t matter)- if you’re ready to invest in your people, I’d advise that you drop us an email and I’ll ask one my lovely team to come out to talk it all through. 😊 For an initial chat, get in touch here: https://lnkd.in/eBEbEuYF

Over 100 years since the Radiola 1 went on sale, linear radio is back in a big way, with 40 million+ weekly listeners, according to RAJAR's Q2 figures 📈 While linear TV struggles, radio is thriving. And that's a great newsflash for advertisers. With a 55% share of listening and new stations coming online, commercial radio offers growing, cost-effective ad space and a chance to connect with loyal and attentive audiences. Radio’s intimate, trusted storytelling blends your brand message into listeners’ daily routines and moments of decision. It’s not just drive time and breakfast time – now you can design ads for laundry time, dinner time and even nap time. For more on the radio renaissance, tune in to Matt Towle's new state-of-the-medium address. (Link in the comment.) #mediaagency #radioadvertising #audioadvertising

Growth Manager at a company where Anything Is Possible

It’s 32 degrees, I’m sitting in a coffee shop in São Bento, Lisbon, drowning myself in iced cold brew - My ‘Summer Spice’ playlist is playing through the AirPods. I’m buzzing through my fat to-do list. But hold on - why am I in Lisbon? Last year I had a chat with Ndeshi Shipanga about this “part-time traveling digital nomad lifestyle” and how I just had to temporarily escape my nest back in Brighton, UK. I wanted to bring my work along while experiencing a different location for a couple of months. Can someone with a typical 9-5 office job really do that? Answer is YES - It so happens Anything is Possible has the ‘Anywhere is Possible’ policy, challenging traditional norms around remote and hybrid work breaking the standards for what is considered remote, or hybrid work style. While many companies have been pushing for a return to hybrid or full-time office work post-pandemic - I feel like Anything is Possible went against the norm and took it to another level. Why not embrace the change? The impact? 🌞 Trust in employees; 🌞 Organic geographical exposure; 🌞 A healthy organisation culture; 🌞 Multi-cultural influences; 🌞 Improved employee well-being So, here I am in Lisbon - constantly feeling the butterflies! Revisiting the remote work lifestyle, which I haven’t done for years, with other expats doing the same thing. Finding adventure and community, networking with people who’ve come from all walks of life. This trust-first attitude is the way forward, and it's something we're all looking for. Next adventure is hiking solo through the Dolomites for the rest of the week (not working obviously). Not gonna lie, I am scared and nervous, but also incredibly excited. Wish me good luck 🤞🏼⛰️
