Saturday Suggestion Choose a Coach who enjoys Coaching and learning more about building relationships as part of a high performing team. As a Rider looking to be the best you can be and to enjoy your horse(s), it will be helpful to work with a Coach who can help you with technical and mental training as you develop a partnership with your horse. Look for support that encourages and enables you to make the training programme unique to you. Work with a Coach that recognises every horse and rider are individuals. Make sure that the training programme is fun for your horse too and that they are a willing participant.
