🌏 This week, we had the privilege of hosting key Allstate leaders from the U.S., including Zulfi Jeevanjee, Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer, at our local offices. As we continue to accelerate our digital product-centric operating model, it was a fantastic opportunity to discuss face-to-face how we are creating competitive advantage through technology now and into the future. ✨ August Employee Connection Day - our monthly reminder to connect, collaborate and make a difference! We combined fun with purpose, kicking off a donation drive for toiletries for those in need in @womensaidni refuges. Our employees were treated to complimentary massages across our NI sites, while enjoying some mouthwatering food- we served up some amazing bbq in Derry, and in Belfast, we drew some inspiration from Belfast Mela with delicious Hariyali chicken and cauliflower Sabzi. The highlight? An unforgettable live lion dance performance by special guests from Artsekta, complete with energetic drums, celebrating the vibrant Mela Festival. #connection #employeeengagement #belfastmela #diversity

✨ On Tuesday, August 20th, our dedicated volunteers were proud to assemble backpacks for the 111 children and young people currently residing in Women's Aid Refuges across Northern Ireland. This marks the second year we've supported this initiative, and we’re honored to play a role in helping these families as they work to rebuild their lives. 🎒 We recognize the profound impact domestic abuse has on families, especially the youngest members. Women’s Aid has supported over 6,000 children and young people last year alone, providing crucial services to those in need. As the new school year approaches, the financial strain of preparing children for school is a burden felt by many, and even more so by families in refuge who have left abusive situations with very little. #DomesticViolence #Volunteering #WomensAid
