Our team recently completed a project in Hunstanton, replacing a severely eroded cast iron hopper and downpipe.  Although the property wasn’t listed or in a conservation area, the lease required a like-for-like replacement.  While plastic alternatives were considered for cost savings, the landlord’s specifications took priority.
