    It may come as no surprise that a growing number of young job seekers are turning to AI tools like ChatGPT to write their CVs. In fact, a recent study by Neurosight revealed that a staggering 57% of student job hunters are using ChatGPT to craft their CVs. 📝 --- But what challenges does this pose for recruiters? 🤷♀️ --- On one hand, AI-generated CVs can be polished and error-free, presenting candidates in their best light. However, this influx of AI-crafted applications creates a new challenge: how do recruiters distinguish between genuinely skilled applicants and those with AI-enhanced CVs? Recruiters need to wise up to ensure mis-hires are avoided when sifting through troves of robot-generated CVs. Here are some actions that can help: 🔍 Enhanced Screening Process: Implement more rigorous screening processes that go beyond the CV.
