She takes responsibility for our tech clients and leads a team overseeing operations in Europe, Singapore and the US. In her day-to-day work, she spends a lot of time with our clients, trying to understand their pain points and finding out where we can offer them a suitable solution. Dawn appreciates our open-minded environment where she can brainstorm and find solutions together with her highly experienced team. Dawn has been part of our Team Arvato for over 17 years: The now 38-year-old mother of two young children originally joined as a Procurement Specialist, then developed within our company through various roles to become the leader of 16 team members in 2017. Leleka is an advanced robotic arm designed to automate the picking and sorting of fashion items in our warehouse in Hannover in Germany.
