    A little belated but I'd like to take a moment to celebrate that Ascentia Partners celebrated our first birthday on 26th June! This is a major milestone for us and absolutely would not have been possible without the continued support of our clients, candidates and of course our awesome team. A massive shout out to Shannen Riley, Minas Aghopian, Oliver Street, Louise Blair, Ash Knight and Siobhan Dunn - what a fantastic first year in terms of not only performance, but the incredible culture that we've collectively developed here. Super excited to see what we achieve in our second year (and beyond!) and look forward to celebrating each of your successes on that journey!     Portfolio Pricing Analyst - £55k - London (1 day per week) Excellent role here with a great manager and really interesting business - an analytical and commercially focused role which would see you driving performance of a growing home insurance portfolio, with exposure to modelling and DS work also. Would suit an analyst with 2+ years of experience looking to have more responsibility over pricing decisions and a very visible role in a fast paced environment. Louise Blair - Louise joins the team as a Senior Consultant focusing on personal lines Pricing, Analytics and Actuarial. Really looking forward to the value that Louise can deliver to our clients and candidates in these areas as our GI function goes from strength to strength. Oliver Street - Ollie joins the business as our Director of Human Capital, Employee Benefits & Reward. Having known Ollie for many years now, I'm super pleased to have him onboard as we expand into this dynamic global market! Some highlights from Q1: 🚀 Over 30 people across Pricing, Data, Analytics and Underwriting placed into exciting new roles 📈 Quarterly target exceeded and well on track for annual target, enabling us to reinvest heavily into our people and techology 💡 Our Data & Analytics reach expanding into the Gaming & Betting and Retail spaces 🎓 Melanie Sedgley on-board to help develop our HR & People strategy 🎉 Events planned for September in partnership with Price Writers 🤝 A number of exciting new client partnerships agreed - watch this space!
