A little belated but I'd like to take a moment to celebrate that Ascentia Partners celebrated our first birthday on 26th June! This is a major milestone for us and absolutely would not have been possible without the continued support of our clients, candidates and of course our awesome team. 📈 Head of Behaviour Modelling - £120k - Remote Really interesting role here from a Pricing & Data Science, developing the strategy and leading implementation of customer behaviour modelling for a rapidly expanding PL insurer. Ideally looking for a well experienced individual from a PL pricing background with a good standard of DS literacy and most importantly, a curious mindset to help develop new and advanced models and identify use cases for customer data. Portfolio Pricing Analyst - £55k - London (1 day per week) Excellent role here with a great manager and really interesting business - an analytical and commercially focused role which would see you driving performance of a growing home insurance portfolio, with exposure to modelling and DS work also. Would suit an analyst with 2+ years of experience looking to have more responsibility over pricing decisions and a very visible role in a fast paced environment. Oliver Street - Ollie joins the business as our Director of Human Capital, Employee Benefits & Reward. Having known Ollie for many years now, I'm super pleased to have him onboard as we expand into this dynamic global market! This role would suit a very strong technical individual (individual contributor role, no line management attached) from a risk pricing background and who'd be interested in leading substantial sophistication projects. Open to candidates from either a pure pricing or pure development background, this role would see you leading delivery of and project managing a substantial pricing transformation project for a rapidly growing PL proposition.
