About us

Balfour Hospitality is a collection of boutique hotels, country inns and restaurants in London, The Cotswold's and Kent, all with the common thread of English Wine. Since 2006 our winery Balfour has been at the forefront of the burgeoning English Wine industry- winning awards and the hearts and minds of international sommeliers and wine experts. Since 2013 we have put the same craft and energy that goes into our wine making, into our hospitality group. Each of our venues, hotels and restaurants is totally individual in style, inspired by their surroundings and the people working within them. We like to think we've created the perfect places in London, The Cotswold's and Kent to learn about and enjoy the best England has to offer in food and beverage, at great value.     We are looking for a talented, inspirational and welcoming GM for our stunning site, The Windmill, Hollingbourne. Serving premium food and drinks, including stunning wines from our Balfour Winery and gorgeous lagers, IPA’s and ciders from Jakes Drinks, The Windmill is a truly special site. Newly refurbished to offer an amazing range of bedrooms, The Windmill would suit a real hands on manager, with a bit of flair, a passion for outstanding guest experience and tons of personality to lead the team, developing the team and supporting our fabulous Head Chef.
