📢 Exciting Week at the British Cardiovascular Society Conference 2024! 🩺🫀    This week, the BHF CRC joined the British Cardiovascular Society at their annual conference in Manchester. The theme? 🔍 Spotlight on #MayMeasurementMonth! 🩺📈 As May comes to a close, we are excited to shine a light on our alliance with the British and Irish Hypertension Society (BIHS). 🤝 We are proud to collaborate on essential projects aimed at improving the lives of individuals affected by hypertension. Currently, BIHS is focusing on a Delphi method priority setting project and partnering with the UK Maternal Cardiology Society (UKMCS) on an initiative titled "Management of lifetime cardiovascular risk after hypertension in pregnancy." This initiative is led by Dr. Anita Banerjee (UKMCS), Professor Christian Delles / Professor Indranil Dasgupta (BIHS), and Professor Ian Wilkinson, working together to develop new guidelines. 🎯 Our commitment to support clinical research to combat hypertension’s impact on society remains steadfast.
