Blackwell’s first Trainee Plant Operatives on our Sizewell contract. We are thrilled to announce Karl Barber and Keeley Gooderham have been signed off by our Site Training Team as competent and confident Plant Operatives, ready to take on their own trucks! What usually takes a couple of weeks after passing the CPCS test, they have accomplished in less than a week. This incredible achievement is a testament to the exceptional training and guidance they have received from Flannery’s Trainer and our dedicated On-Site Training Team. A special shout out to Karl and Keeley for being first-class candidates. Your hard work and dedication have truly shone through.

A positive step for the Hargreaves group 👇
We've just published our Net Zero Transition Strategy✅ Clear goals to deliver a Net Zero carbon footprint by 2050🌍 🏢 Net Zero by 2030 at a corporate level 🎯 Scale of targets through all ancillary activities up to 2050 🏗 Pledge to reach Net Zero on Maintenance, Construction and Infrastructure by this date The plan has been published on Hargreaves’ website: https://lnkd.in/eZJws-E7 and includes roadmaps for each business component: Corporate Emissions, Plant Emissions, Vehicle Emissions, Maintenance, Construction and Infrastructure Emissions. The Group will also deliver a Carbon Innovation 8 Point Plan 🌱 incorporating eight different initiatives to support the Net Zero strategy, ranging from planting trees, providing clients with low-carbon solutions, and delivering energy and environmental impact awareness training for staff. Gordon Banham, CEO of Hargreaves, commented: “We are delighted to publish our clearly defined and ambitious goals to eliminate our carbon footprint. Given the Group’s heritage, this will reflect a remarkable transition from an historically carbon-intensive operation to Net Zero.
