Traveling can be tiring, but it offers the rewarding opportunity to break the routine of office work. This trip to the northwestern part of the country (Liverpool, Warrington, Manchester, Crewe, Birmingham) included an added bonus. In addition to visiting ongoing projects at Bright Metalwork, I've gained a new perspective by moving on to on-site NVQ assessments. As an assessor for cladding works and steel erection, I am able to help young workers improve and enable experienced tradespeople to have their competence certified by achieving qualifications recognized by industry awarding bodies.
