Less than 24 hours until Business Smart Solutions aka #TeamBSS hit the road in preparations for the IRRV Spring Conference Milton Keynes (16th - 17th May 2024 at Stadium MK). We now have near 70 industry professionals confirmed for our joint networking social on the evening of 16th May in partnership with Darren Kelk of Ascendant Solutions, Gary Carr of EMPIRA LTD, Darren Smith of Liberata, Anthony Quinn of Reventus and Victoria Noble of Voicescape. Last week, the team were in London to catch up with clients, and to represent Business Smart Solutions at the CIVIL ENFORCEMENT ASSOCIATION LIMITED #CIVIA conference. By far one of the best conferences I've attended in a long time. Lots of refreshing and mind provoking content by a lineup of industry leading speakers. It's great to see our 2 growth areas #revenues #parking being showcased at this one event. #TeamBSS shall definitely exhibit at future CIVIA events should we have the opportunity. Great to catch up with Victoria Noble of Voicescape amongst others, enabling us to put our heads together as we make preparations for our #networking night in Milton Keynes on 16th May at #Enfes Turkish restaurant. This week we were called out to a Local Authority in Leicestershire who couldn't balance Council Tax & Business Rates following annual billing. Within a few hours, our consultant identified the problem and implemented a fix along with a whole host of added value tasks to ensure our client received a full day of greatly received consultancy. Feedback from our client 'We were very impressed with Joy, she was more helpful than we could have imagined'. Each time I go to London, I try to stay in a different part of the city. Last week I settled on Battersea. I was blown away by the new power station housing / hotel complex. Everything was so clean, with minimal traffic - modern living in the making!
