Additionally, Cavendish has expertise in M&A, debt advisory and private growth capital and also has a strong global reach through membership of Oaklins. Led by John Farrugia and Julian Morse as Joint CEOs, Cavendish will focus on serving ambitious growth companies throughout their business lifecycle, from seed fundraisings to IPO and to fund growth as well as exit strategies.
