This time we had Sasha Hackett, our wonderful UK Retail & Education Co-ordinator (and rising star) host the show, which featured exciting interviews with surprise speakers from our Executive Committee. A MAGICAL Week of Learning and Growth! 🤩🤩🤩 💄 In our ongoing commitment to personal development and growth, our INCREDIBLE L&D team hosted a series of live and interactive workshops during National Learning at Work Week. 🚀 The sessions, led by our very own Rachel Mathia and Gabrielle Hitchcock (Assoc CIPD), were nothing short of magical. They truly shared the MAGIC, teaching us how to enhance our performance and become HIGH PERFORMING PEOPLE. 👏👏👏 A HUGE thank you to We Create That for your help across all of our amazing workshops! We're still in awe of the INCREDIBLE experiences we had last week and can't wait to put our newfound knowledge into practice! ⭐✨🌟

April was a month of BIG wins and celebrations for our Tilbury Talent Dream Team! 😍😍😍 ✨ We EMBRACED THE CHALLENGE with our Talent Team Away day and really did WIN TOGETHER, with our North America Talent Team joining us remotely. It was jam packed full of Team Awards, GIFTING (its not an away day without a goody bag...), Strategy Presentations & Team Building Initiatives. A very special mention and thanks to Rachel Mathia and Rachael Birtwhistle who made a guest appearance and hosted fantastic sessions for our team! ⛳ A TEAM SOCIAL to Junk Yard golf really bought out our teams true competitive sides... 🎂 BIRTHDAY MEGA MONTH - we celebrated 5 birthdays across the Talent Team! (which can only mean one thing... MORE gifting!) 💄 New Product Launches! Our generous gifting initiative allows us to experience the magic of our latest launches (Plumpgasm, GlowDrops, Magic Cleanser to name a few...). We've never been so GLOWING. 👋 New Team members! We welcomed the wonderful Austin Lenz and Rocío Rodriguez to our North America Talent Team! 🐶 Welcoming New Furry Team Members too! We're delighted to introduce little Mole, the newest addition to our UK office. 🎓 Mclean joined us to host not one, but two, D&I interactive training workshops, delving deep into the significance of Inclusion & Equity in the workplace

💄✨ As a female founded business, it is imperative to all of us here at Charlotte Tilbury Beauty that we recognise and celebrate the achievements of women and to support them to be their most true and authentic selves both at work and outside of it. Here are some of the ways we celebrated and observed both International Women’s Day and Women’s History Month: 💋 A Global workshop hosted by Rachael Birtwhistle, Talent Management & Inclusion, with Co-Author of Take the Lead, Delphine Mourot. Delphine supported us with pragmatic tools and tips to drive success through innovation, creativity & leadership 💋 Our Talent Management & Inclusion team, Rachael Birtwhistle & Sharan Mudhur hosted an Enterprise Workshop in collaboration with The Prince's Trust ChangeAGirlsLife campaign. 31 Female Entrepreneurs attended a workshop with sessions hosted by our Exco & members of SLT and were offered 121 business coaching & mentoring. A truly inspirational event and the first of four this year! Stay tuned for highlights from our upcoming events 💋 Our Tech team hosted a panel at our London HQ, with our very own Sara Hitchcock, Imogen Misso and Zoe Chandler to talk about their experiences as female leaders in tech at Charlotte Tilbury Beauty. It was a great conversation to learn about the different ways we can influence one another and build up support within the women in tech community While it’s important to honour Women during this month, this is a mission we continue throughout the year and beyond by constantly finding creative ways to support women, through growth opportunities, training and education, policy review and operating in every way possible through an inclusion mindset. 😍🤩 When we feel our very best, we can conquer our world! 👄 #InternationalWomensDay #IWD
