Support from The Lighthouse Charity for World Suicide Prevention Day #WorldSuicidePreventionDay
🎗️WORLD SUICIDE PREVENTION DAY🎗️ The construction industry is facing a mental health crisis. Construction workers are statistically less than half as likely to suffer from work related stress, depression or anxiety than the working population as a whole. But they are four times more likely to take their own lives. We need to encourage open communication, recognise the signs, provide access to resources, promote work-life balance, and support each other. So that we can create a safer, more supportive environment and help prevent suicide in our industry. Remember, suicide IS preventable, NOT inevitable.
