    Clientshare's London team took to the park yesterday afternoon for our annual Sport's Day 🏃♀️ We gave it our all in the egg & spoon, relay, and sack races, before rounding things off with, well, rounders! The competitive spirit was high, so a huge congratulations to the Blue Team for taking home the gold: Joe Brownill, Kirsty McCrindle & Jasmine Bell 🥇👏 We'll be back next year to challenge for the top spot...     How often do you check your pulse? In my world, as often as I can. We are currently rolling out an industry leading client reporting and collaboration platform – Clientshare Pulse. But before you run for the hills, let me assure you this isn’t a product promotion (sorry Clientshare!) Instead, I want to take a moment to challenge our perceptions around KPIs, reporting, and business reviews. We’re all familiar with the routine: monthly reports, quarterly reviews, and KPIs to track performance. But are these tools really helping us grow and understand how our services are received, or are they just checking boxes? What if we shifted our perspective? What if our reporting wasn’t just about measuring what’s been done, but about uncovering insights on how to do things better? Pulse isn’t just for tracking performance; it’s for highlighting where our focus needs to be, in order to improve service delivery. It helps us get a regular touchpoint on how our clients view the services we provide to them, revealing patterns and opportunities that standard reports might miss. It enhances collaboration, ensuring that we’re not just communicating with our clients but truly engaging with them. And most importantly, it fosters continuous improvement, allowing us to adapt and evolve in real time. Always striving to improve and be the number 1 provider of choice, this kind of insight is INVALUABLE! I don’t know about you, but I’d like to know sooner rather than later if our customers are satisfied or not. So, the next time you’re reviewing your KPIs or preparing a report, ask yourself: Is this helping us learn, grow, improve our service?
