It has always been Ian’s plan to following in his father’s footsteps, and to join the Practice his father built to carry on his legacy. From a young age he attended meetings and functions with his father and since then he has wanted to become an Adviser once his successful cricketing career came to an end. Chief among these was the UK GDP, which grew by 0.6% in the second quarter of 2024, compared to the first quarter. 📸 The recent market volatility over the past few weeks is another reminder that investments can fall as well as rise. Indeed, if we look back over the past 40 years, there have been some significant intra-year declines.
