At Colorintech, we're HIRING! (A bittersweet one for me 💖) Over the last 2.5 years, I've been humbled and delighted to work with Colorintech on a real journey of growth and change for me personally, being pushed to learn and grow in an environment I really needed after a very strange career. But now, it's time for me to move on to something new! After some more changes recently, I'm still not sure exactly what that is at the time of writing, but I'm excited to find out. More exciting, is the fact that the person who takes over from me will get to work with the incredible team of Ashleigh Ainsley FRSA Dion McKenzie Catherine Park and more, and with epic clients like HSBC Innovation Banking Meta Atomico LocalGlobe and more, and opportunities ever expanding with BTF® - a leading event brand from the CIT team. 🎤 This role is unique! 🚀 You'll be part programme designer + deliverer + facilitator, part resource to the ecosystem and for underrepresented founders. It'll give you a lot of space to make it what you can and what you want! In a nutshell 🥜 , we’re #hiring someone who can deliver value to our partners by aligning our initiatives, programs, and events with their ambitions to help the next generation of founders succeed. Having reached hundreds of founders, worked with dozens of VCs, delivered an award-winning accelerator programme, supported the ecosystem of #underrepresented #entrepreneurs succeed, and so much more, it's been a real rollercoaster of a time. 🤝And the time is now for someone else to make it even better! 💖I have so much love and appreciation for all the #founders, in particular, that I have worked with over the years. All the office hours, all the coffees, all the programmes. Hearing your stories and seeing you all work so hard (you know who you are) and leaving with some amazing connections and tons of inspiration, makes me feel more amazing than I can express in words. ✨ If you have a vision for how to improve the #startup ecosystem - or know someone who is - then get involved/share it around! ⚡ (And you'll still have me for a little bit to help you through it 😜) 👉If you or someone you know might be interested, learn more and apply here: https://lnkd.in/eaSjs5cb Lots of thanks and love to the team, I'm so excited for what they're building and for the person who will take my place! Exciting times!

A few weeks ago we trialed something new. We've been serving both entrepreneurs and tech professionals for a long time. But, we've never been able to bring them together before. Until now. We invited our Advance audience of technical specialists and our Build audience of building and aspiring entrepreneurs to come together for a night of networking, kicked off by a panel about what it's actually like to have a co-founder. And it was incredible! Networking with potential co-founders can be such a unique challenge, and finding the right match, let alone knowing how to navigate building the relationship, can be challenging! We had the fantastic Judith Omoregie and Jaron Soh opening off a panel led by our startup lead Seven Jacobs who talked about their co-founder relationships, and everything from tricky situations to best practices and even equity splits! We're using this to trial demand for helping folks in the community grow their early teams. Fundamentally, bringing co-founders together from different backgrounds helps build a more diverse startup ecosystem. So, after this trial, we want to explore even more. What do you think? Is this worth pursuing? How should we? Give us your thoughts!
