FOUR-DAY WORKWEEK ALRIGHT FOR SOME 📅 ✨ Fortune has reported that the four-day workweek is gaining traction in Europe. They stated: "Trials show it can lead to more rested and less stressed workers. But a four-day week for all might still be some time away". Here at CP, we're big believers in flexible working and have always advocated for innovative work practices. 🚀 Take our WFAAF policy. It stands for 'Work From Anywhere, Anytime. Forever'. And it does what it says on the tin. We've also got our 'CP Long Weekenders'. ☀️ That means that at 1 pm on a Friday, our people can choose to log off and make the most of their summer. Why? We've been taking part in the four-day workweek trial, but we're doing things our own way. We re-introduced our Long Weekenders in the hopes that having a 'set time' to take off would allow our people to make sure they were taking time back for themselves. Now, we know that everyone's trials will look and work differently. And by no means are we doing things "the right way" - or have it all sussed out. These long weekends are just a part of ours. And most importantly, we're striving to maintain 100% productivity throughout, meaning that our wonderful clients aren't affected. ❤️ Would you consider a four-day workweek? CP TAKES ON THREE PEAKS 🏔️ ✨ Last weekend, our CP Hiking Club tackled the Three Peaks Challenge. They did a smashing job, with the speedier climbers completing in 24 hours and 16 minutes. ⏱️ Of course, with every adventure comes some setbacks, including not-so-ideal weather, and tackling the summer holiday traffic. But we're pleased to report that all our climbers made it back safe and sound, although with a few sore legs. 🥾 Even better, our wonderful people added a sprinkle of goodwill to their climbs, raising money for our charity of the year; Young Lives vs Cancer. We love seeing how our clubs have brought people together, formed new-found friendships, and created some truly unforgettable memories. ✨ Hats off to you, climbers.
