Did you know that according to the LGBTQIA+ Mental Health Workplace Survey 2024, almost 50% of LGBTQIA+ professionals worldwide reported a history of depression? In the UK, this number is 45.3%. Understand mental health experiences and how to provide the right support to people in the LGBTQIA+ community through our LGBTQIA+ Mental Health course. Join our Peer Support Group to help improve your mental health and wellbeing in a safe and confidential space. Adults living with hearing voices are invited to attend this group which focuses on peer support, learning new ideas and developing insight into individual experiences. The Hearing Voices Group takes place in Cambridge fortnightly on Tuesdays between 2:30pm-4pm. The next group is on 13th August.
