As well as helping our customers with AI, we’re spending a lot of time looking at how it can improve how we do things here at Cynozure Group. One of the activities that is a feature on most projects is a discovery phases. Discovery phases are often INTENSE. You can be seeing as many as 6 or 7 people a day, for an hour each, getting a download of their brain 🧠. You learn a lot, but there is a huge amount to process with little time to take stock of what you just heard. Cue Copilot. 🤖 Our teams have found that by leveraging Copilot and recordings during these sessions, it has allowed them to focus more on listening and engaging and less on furious note taking. They know they can instead ask Copilot to generate notes at the end. For one of our team it fundamentally changed the way they took notes during the session. Instead of writing down what was being said, they’d write down the questions they were going to ask Copilot later knowing they would tap into specific things that were discussed. I loved that. I love that AI is not only going to make us better at what we already do, but challenge us to reinvent behaviours and processes we’ve been using for years. I think about it as rewriting muscle memory. Another side of this was that while trusting the accuracy of AI is often a problem, because they were in the room for the discussion they found they were able to rely on what was produced by Copilot as it matched up with their own recollection of what was said. Worst case, they could always jump into the recording if needed. I’m interested to here if there has been anything you’ve started to do differently? What should we be trying next? #ai #copilot #productivity
