Our Rider Roadshows are a fantastic platform to engage with riders directly – so this campaign was the focus of our most recent Roadshow as we visited Shoreditch Fire Station, where riders could speak to firefighters, watch safety videos, and receive guidance on how they can use their device safely. Our Rider Academy, launched in 2020, is testament to that – serving as a platform that riders can use to pursue further education, with a focus on digital skills. But that’s not all. In Hong Kong, we know that riders face language and cultural challenges, so the Academy’s partnership with Lynx Educate introduced the CanToLearn programme, providing non-native speakers with a basic understanding of Cantonese, making community integration that much easier.
