Digital Gearbox attending Marketing Camp yesterday, and this is how it went…😊 Becky delivered a talk on “How to craft social ads people want to click.” Offering insights into the best practices to take when considering and utilising the meta ads platform, including what successful and unsuccessful ads look like and the benefits to optimising advantage+ settings. We’ve taken inspiration from Radio 1 and do our own office “old, new, borrowed and blue” songs to spice up the music choice! and this was this weeks playlist! 7. A team training morning after all taking a DISC assessment - We’ve all learned more about our behavioural, communicational and personality styles which offered more clarity into why we respond and think to certain things in a particular way! 9. The… results 🫣 10. OOO for a conference day! 11. A very insightful and packed day with lots of interesting talks around the “art of persuasion” 12. Knowing who you’re trying to persuade!

An interesting morning spent with Justin Charlton-Jones evaluating the teams behavioural styles. Following the DISC assessment we all completed, we were able to gain insight into our own behaviours and how we communicate with others. We now have more of an understanding of how we can adapt and foster different communication styles depending on our individual personalities and behavioural styles.
