We asked our Senior Consultant Laurence Cristofoli to share some of his thoughts on our Culture Bootcamp event, as one of the co-facilitators on the day! Here is what he had to say… 🔊 “It was so powerful to get together a diverse group of individuals from across lots of sectors and roles to talk about culture – sharing examples and experiences for our Bootcamp. And a pleasure to co-facilitate the day with Kami N. & Niall Cluley FCIPD My personal 3 highlights were the conversations on: - The true role and power of purpose and its potential in aligning organisations and cultures. - How an understanding of culture needs to evolve away from being owned by one team to being the responsibility and role of every leader, and ultimately every colleague – essential in delivering strategy. - And understanding how different companies are tackling customer-centricity, helping their people not directly connected with external customers understand their role and impact in a meaningful way with the aim of improving performance. It was insightful to hear from experts – James Radford, Melanie Robinson CBE, and Andree Gowar – about their experience in leadership roles and the types of culture they sought to create in order to drive change.”
