🌟 Season 10 | Climate Champions 🌟 It was fantastic to be recognised for our groundbreaking Recover E initiative at the Formula E end-of-season gala! ♻️ The award recognises our ambition and innovation in pursuit of driving change on climate action - and the wide-ranging success of the Recover E campaign. We partnered with artist Liam LAZERIAN Hopkins to build the world’s first fully electric and drivable formula race car constructed entirely from e-waste - sparking excitement on the track and shining a spotlight on the staggering global issue of e-waste off it. The project has gained worldwide media attention, and has been on display at both COP28 UAE and the World Economic Forum. To date over 50,000 fans have also signed up to our e-waste pledge, promising to better recycle their old electronics! #RaceAgainstClimateChange #RecoverE

Last week, alongside partners Superdry, we hosted our latest Race Against Climate Change: Live event, and our first-ever focusing exclusively on fashion. With a keynote speech from the Apparel Impact Institute and panel contributions from senior representatives from Superdry, 5THREAD and Univers, the event shone an important spotlight on fashion and sustainability in sport and the opportunities that exist for major strides forward to be made. Our driver Sebastien Buemi also joined host David Garrido to officially launch our new Sustainable Fashion pledge, inviting fans from around the world to commit to changing their fashion purchasing habits and saving precious resources. What a weekend it was in London! 🙌 Points finishes on both days - including a memorable podium on Saturday - saw the team rise up the final standings for the season, building confidence, insights and positive momentum to take into Season 11! 📈 And plenty of stars were out for the occasion too!

Ending the season with both drivers in the points - and moving up in the teams' standings too! 📊 A great weekend to round off a season that was full of highs and lows! 🎢

A thrilling weekend in London is in store! Two sold-out crowds are expected for Saturday and Sunday's racing at ExCeL London - while all the action will also be available to watch on free-to-air channel Quest in the UK! Time to end Season 10 on a high! 💪

We had a brilliant day with the Envision Racing Formula E team in London yesterday, where our COO, Shaun Packe, was invited to join a panel discussion with other sustainable industry leaders at the Race Against Climate Change live summit. Hosted by David Garrido of SkySports, a range of topics were covered, including how the worlds of sport, fashion and technology can work together to accelerate a more sustainable future for our industries and how innovation plays a key role in reducing our collective impact on the planet. Following on from the summit, we are urging our colleagues, customers and fans of Formula E to consider the environmental impact of their fashion choices with the launch of a new sustainable 'fashion pledge' that allows people to calculate the positive impact of choosing more sustainable options such as organic cotton when they are shopping. The pledge is the latest feature to be added to Envision Racing’s online fan engagement platform, which has attracted over 250,000 pledges so far. For every pledge made, Envision will plant a Mangrove tree (a variety which captures more CO2 than most other trees) to help support carbon offset. According to the UN Environment Programme (UNEP), the fashion industry is the second-biggest consumer of water and is responsible for about 10% of global carbon emissions – more than all international flights combined. Approximately 87% less water is used in the production of organic cotton clothing, which is why a switch to buying items made from organic cotton forms a central part of the fashion pledge.
